The Delafield Farmers’ Market is partnering with the Lake County Mom website to help “Build a Community”.
What is a community? It is a group of people that are committed to help each other. The Historic Delafield Farmers Market has served in this role for over 15 years by providing an annual summer farmers’ market in downtown Delafield.
This year will be special as various goods and crafts will be available every Saturday from May 4 through October 29 from 8 am until 1 p.m. On these days, someone in Delafield going out for a walk on a nice day will be able to pick up the following goods:
• Produce
• Ready to eat food
• Honey
• Meat
• Baked goods
These vendors are committed to idea of community because they produce all of these items locally and sell them locally.
To enhance the ambience of the market, local musicians will be performing at most of the markets.
New this year! There will be a small covered area with tables and chairs to relax!
